And like all vitamins, it's had benefits and side effects for the thousands of years it's been morning's drink of choice. A recent article in Canada's Globe and Mail suggests drinking enough coffee fends off type 2 diabetes, heart disease, asthma, gallstones, Parkinson's disease, and liver cancer. I was so happy to find Puroast; I can now enjoy coffee without suffering heartburn! I love the Dark French Roast because it still has the full flavor of coffee that I enjoy. My husband enjoys it as well.
